3. Academic Regulations
Minimum attendance of 75% is mandatory.
Academic misconduct such as cheating or plagiarism is strictly prohibited.
The institute may modify syllabus, curriculum, or schedules without prior notice.
Practical classes, hospital training, and examinations are compulsory.
4. Internship & Practical Training
Internship is mandatory for all diploma and certificate programs.
CINPS facilitates internship placement but students must follow host institution rules.
Misconduct during internship may lead to termination from the program.
Failure to complete internship may result in withholding of certification.
5. Job Assistance & Placement
CINPS provides placement assistance but does not guarantee employment.
Job placement depends on market demand and student performance.
The institute is not responsible for salary negotiations or employer policies.
CINPS acts only as a facilitator between students and employers.
6. Code of Conduct & Discipline
Students must maintain professional behavior and discipline.
Ragging, harassment, violence, drugs, or alcohol are strictly prohibited.
Discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.
Misuse of institute resources will attract disciplinary action.
7. Examination & Certification
Certificates are issued only after successful completion of all requirements.
Examination malpractice will lead to disqualification.
Certificates may be withheld due to pending dues or disciplinary issues.
Duplicate certificates may be issued upon request and payment.
8. Use of Institute Facilities
All facilities must be used responsibly.
Damage to property will attract penalties.
Unauthorized duplication of academic materials is prohibited.
Cleanliness and discipline must be maintained at all times.
9. Website & Online Learning Policy
The website is for informational and academic purposes only.
Unauthorized copying or misuse of digital content is prohibited.
Sharing of login credentials is strictly forbidden.
Cyber misconduct may lead to legal action.
10. Medical & Health Guidelines
Basic medical fitness is required before clinical training.
