  • Late payment of fees may attract penalties or cancellation of admission.

  • No refund policy applies once the fee is paid, except in exceptional cases with management approval.

  • Students who fail to clear their dues within the stipulated period may not be allowed to attend classes, appear for examinations, or receive certification.

3. Academic Regulations

  • Students must maintain minimum attendance as per CINPS regulations (typically 75% or higher).

  • Any form of academic dishonesty, including plagiarism, cheating, or forgery, will result in disciplinary action.

  • CINPS reserves the right to modify the syllabus, curriculum, or class schedules without prior notice.

  • Practical sessions, clinical training, and examinations are mandatory; failure to attend may lead to disqualification.

  • Unauthorized absence from practical classes or hospital training sessions may lead to academic penalties.

4. Internship & Practical Training

  • Internship is a mandatory part of all diploma and certificate programs.

  • The institute facilitates internship placements, but students must adhere to the rules of the assigned healthcare facility.

  • Any misbehavior or misconduct during internship will lead to termination from the program.

  • CINPS is not liable for any disputes between students and internship providers.

  • Students must complete their internship within the stipulated timeframe to be eligible for certification.

  • If a student fails to complete the internship requirements, the institute reserves the right to withhold certification.

5. Job Assistance & Placement

  • CINPS provides career guidance and assistance in job placements, but employment is not guaranteed.

  • Job placements depend on market demand, student performance, and employer selection criteria.

  • CINPS does not take responsibility for salary negotiations, employer policies, or employment conditions.

  • The institute only acts as a facilitator and is not liable for any conflicts between students and employers.

  • Students should actively participate in career development sessions, workshops, and industry interactions to enhance their employability.

6. Code of Conduct & Disciplinary Actions

  • Students must maintain professional behavior, discipline, and ethical conduct at all times.

  • Any act of harassment, ragging, violence, or misconduct will result in strict disciplinary action, including expulsion.

  • The use of alcohol, drugs, or any illegal substances within the campus is strictly prohibited.

  • Students must follow all safety protocols during practical sessions.

  • Any form of discrimination based on religion, caste, gender, or social status is strictly prohibited.

  • Misuse of institute resources, including library books, equipment, and digital assets, will attract penalties.

7. Examination & Certification

  • Students must clear all internal and external examinations to qualify for certification.

  • Examination malpractice will result in immediate disqualification.

  • Certificates will be issued only after successful completion of courses and meeting all academic requirements.

  • Lost certificates can be reissued upon request and payment of applicable charges.

  • The institute reserves the right to withhold certificates for students with outstanding dues or disciplinary issues.

  • Re-examination fees will be applicable for students failing to clear their subjects on the first attempt.

8. Use of Institute Facilities & Resources

  • Library, laboratories, and other facilities must be used responsibly.

  • Damage to institute property will attract fines and disciplinary actions.

  • Students must return all borrowed books and materials before completion of their course.

  • Unauthorized duplication of academic content, including study materials and practical guides, is strictly prohibited.

  • Students must maintain cleanliness and orderliness in classrooms, labs, and hostel areas.

9. Website & Online Learning Terms

  • The website (www.cinps.org) is for informational and academic purposes only.

  • Unauthorized copying, distribution, or reproduction of website content is prohibited.

  • Online learning platforms, if provided, must be accessed with proper login credentials.

  • CINPS is not responsible for any technical failures or loss of data during online sessions.

  • Students must not share their login credentials or allow unauthorized access to e-learning resources.

  • Any cyberbullying, hacking attempts, or malicious activities related to CINPS’s digital platforms will be met with strict legal action.

10. Medical & Health Guidelines

  • Students must undergo a basic health check-up before starting clinical training.

  • Any student found medically unfit to participate in practical training may be given alternate academic tasks.

  • Students must adhere to hygiene and safety protocols in medical labs and hospital settings.

  • In case of infectious diseases, students should inform the administration and refrain from attending classes until recovery.

11. Disclaimer & Liability

  • CINPS is not liable for any personal injury, accidents, or damages occurring during academic activities, internships, or placements.

  • The institute reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

  • Legal disputes, if any, will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in West Bengal, India.

  • CINPS does not take responsibility for any actions of third-party service providers, including hostel facilities, transport, or healthcare services.

  • Students are responsible for their personal belongings, and the institute is not liable for any loss or theft on campus.
